We use your details only to handle your booking. We never sell or share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for marketing.

Who we are

Dead Level TV Mounting provides TV mounting in the Austin, Texas area. It is operated by The Maintenance Guy Home Services LLC.

What we collect

Booking details: your name, phone number, email, service address, ZIP code, the TVs and options you choose, and any notes.
Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe keeps the card you pay the deposit with so the balance can be charged when the job is done.
Phone calls: calls to our number may be answered by an automated booking assistant and recorded, so we can confirm details and improve service.

How we use it

To schedule and carry out your install, send confirmations and reminders, take payment, answer questions and handle changes or cancellations. We don't use your details for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box to receive texts when you book (or agree on a call), we'll text you about that booking: confirmations, a reminder the day before, arrival updates, and changes.
Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call (737) 204-8712.
Texting is optional and isn't required to book.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business for us: Stripe (payments), Twilio (calls and texts), Google (calendar), Resend (email), and our phone-assistant and hosting providers. Each uses your information only to provide that service. We don't sell personal information.

To understand how people use this website (pages viewed, device type, general location), we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Booking-management pages are not tracked.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 3 years for warranty, tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by calling (737) 204-8712 or replying to any booking email.
